I owned my house for 10 years before I got married. When I refinanced it last year, the mortgage company required my wife to sign the documents too. Now she thinks she owns my house. I want to get divorced from her, but I don't want to give up my house. What's the story?

I am getting divorced. Last year I inherited some money when my father died. My husband says Washington is a "community property" state so he gets 1/2 of my inheritance. Is he right?

My wife is having an affair with her wealthy boss. Now she wants a divorce and she's going to marry him. Since the divorce is all her fault, doesn't she have to move out and let me keep our house and other assets?

Spousal Support (Alimony).
My wife and I are getting divorced after 5 years of marriage. I'm bi-polar and can't work right now. I don't think I'll ever be able to work again. My wife started working for Microsoft 4 years ago, keeps getting promotions and more and more stock options. My wife says she saw an attorney who told her since our marriage was so short and we don't have any children, she doesn't owe me anything and all her stock options are hers. Is that true?

Spousal Support (Alimony).
My husband and I have separated and are getting divorced after 25 years of marriage. By mutual agreement, I have primarily been a homemaker during our marriage. I am scared to death because I have no idea how to support myself. I don't even know how to use a computer. Can I get my husband to pay for my job training and help support me?

Child Support.
My former husband has been paying $300 a month in child support for our 3 children since our divorce 8 years ago. I know he's making a lot more money now than he was then and our children are now teenagers. I can't support them with so little help. Shouldn't my ex-husband be paying more for their support? What can I do about it?

Parenting Plan.
I am the primary residential parent of our children. My new husband has just been offered a promotion, but it requires us to move to California. My former husband says I can't go or he will sue me for custody of our children. Can he do that? What should I do?

Parenting Plan.
I have always been an active father. Since our separation, my wife has refused to let me have time with our children. It's just one excuse after another. Is there some way to make her let me have time with our children?

Meretricious Relationship (co-habitation).
My partner and I have lived together for 8 years. During that time I have not worked because my partner had such a good job and could support us. We have shared everything. All of our accounts are joint. We even bought a house together. I want to leave him, and want to receive my fair share of our assets. How do I do that?

I had a relationship with a girl last year. It lasted for only 3 months. She swore she was on the pill. Now she says I'm the father of her baby and the State of Washington wants me to pay child support. I don't even know if it's my kid. Can they do this to me?

Estate Planning.
My brother just died of cancer after wasting away and being kept alive on tubes and stuff for months and months. I don't want this to happen to me. What do I need to do to make sure no one does that to me?

Estate Planning.
I just remarried. If I die, will my current wife get all of my property or can my adult kids and/or ex-wife make a claim for it? How do I make sure my property goes where I want it to go (i.e. to my current wife)?

After my separation, I lived on credit cards. I thought when the divorce was final I'd have enough money to pay everything off. Things didn't happen that way. To make it worse, my company down-sized me out of a job. There is no way I can pay my bills. I went to Consumer Credit Counseling and they said they couldn't help me. Should I file for bankruptcy? Will I really get to start all over with a clean slate?
